iPostal1 has prioritized customer service since the very beginning - back in 2007, when we were founded. We work hard to avoid outsourcing our support teams.  We select and train all our customer service and partner support representatives to provide the highest level of service possible.

Our support team is now organized into six separate departments to better serve existing customers, prospective customers, and our partner locations. We even have a team dedicated to helping new customers complete and upload their Form 1583 and IDs, as required by the USPS to receive mail at their selected location.

iPostal1 Workspace benefits from the deep resources of USZoom. Pictured are many of our USZoom employees that continually work on refining the customer experience, improving our marketing, creating new partnerships and strengthening current partnerships. We've also extended our team across four time zones and internationally. We are always working to do things better, which is why our expansion plans are far from finished.
