Despite their struggle with the bottlenecks created by existing partners, the Strive team continued to believe in digital mailbox solutions as a massive revenue opportunity.

The turning point came in 2024 when William Edmundson, Senior Vice President at iPostal1, reached out to the Strive Workspaces team.
"We actually had never worked with iPostal1, or even really heard about them, until then," Spangler admits. “But we decided to try it out and see if we could achieve the results we were looking for. We added iPostal1 as a service alongside our existing digital mailbox providers.”
Implementing iPostal1 at their Fort Worth location, Strive Workspaces quickly realized they had found the partner they were looking for.
“We started out with iPostal1 at one location, then two, and now we have been ramping up to get all locations onboard,” says Spangler. “The iPostal1 platform is user-friendly, and the team provided a ton of support, from onboarding to navigating the new CMRA regulations.”
She adds, “The iPostal1 team went out of their way to help us through the CMRA process, and they were the only one of our partners to do so.”
After an easy and profitable launch in Fort Worth, Strive began expanding its partnership with iPostal1 to include its other locations.
“The reason we ramped up so quickly with iPostal1 is because our first two locations really liked the service and found the team was diligent, attentive, and supportive,” says Spangler. “We also saw revenue increase much more quickly with iPostal1 than we did with our other partners.”
She adds, "The first location was the hardest from an implementation perspective, just because it was brand new, but in general, the entire process has been really easy, and the revenue ramp-up has been notable.”
Today, Strive has iPostal1 at 13 locations.

"Right now, out of all of our digital mailbox partners, iPostal1 has been the easiest to work with and the most communicative,” says Spangler. “Payments are always on time, and the system is easy to use as a whole.”

“From a revenue perspective, the growth has been much faster with iPostal1 in our first year than it has been with our other partners over the course of five years,” says Spangler. “As we begin adding more locations, we will definitely be implementing iPostal1 at all of them.”
